i'm in favor of any bills that protect our natural resources and enviroment but wish the state and country would give recognition to the fact that these resources are roperty of its citizens as well as the gpovernment and all should share equally in the sell of these resources!like alsakans do from oil n gas!

I am really going to miss Dan Scripps who was instrumental in putting this bill together. He truly understood and really cared about the need to protect our environment.
